Dear Chorale Parents (and other interested parties!),

It’s time to begin making definite plans for our 2009 Chorale Tour to BOSTON!  Please send $50 per person to the address listed below by June 1, 2008.  This $50 will hold your place in the Boston tour, and be included in the total tour amount due.  This deposit will be refundable until July 1, 2008, when the tour dates are firmly set.  All Chorale members joining the tour after the July 1st deadline will pay a $50 tour fee ABOVE the $1,200 tour amount. 

The five day tour to Boston will be between June 10th – 20th, 2009, depending on which days fit our performance schedule best.  We will have a 4 night/5 day tour.  The cost estimate for the 2009 Boston tour is:  $1,200. 

Prices are per person, based on QUAD occupancy.  The price will include airfare,  2 meals per day, Chorale’s workshop and performance fees, publicity for our concerts, bus transportation in Boston, a full-time Tour Manager, excursions (such as a whale watching boat tour), hotel tips, bus and tour guide tips, tour t-shirt, one souvenir Photo DVD for each participant and trip insurance.  There will be “free” time to shop & sight-see on your own, too.

  • A payment plan will be issued in July.
  • Deposit is NOT refundable after July 1, 2008

Be thinking of any special requests for sight-seeing events, etc. you may wish to include in our tour.  This tour is going to be an exciting, “once-in-a-lifetime” event you can’t afford to miss!
